Our commitment to Quality is important!

Be at ease, garments produced and distributed by LH are deemed exempt of craftsmanship defects for a period of one (1) year from the purchase date.

This includes buttons and zippers but does not include color fading after washing cycles.

All you need to do to have them repaired is to call on your sales Representative. Or our in-house Customer service Representatives to confirm the action required. You will need the invoice or packing slip regarding the garment being returned.

A special attention at washing instructions indicated in the garment is necessary to validate the one year guarantee.

Expect genuine attention

A garment ordered in error from your part may be returned as long as it has not been worn and can then be put back on shelf in our warehouse. A 3 month delay to do so is applicable. A 15% return /handling fee is also applicable.

A garment that has been modified at time of order to satisfy a specific need ( pant hemming, special reflectives additions, embroideries etc ) will unfortunately not be accepted for return.
